Irritation Game When professionals with different backgrounds have to work together, preconceived notions quickly pop up. The museum director thinks to much about public image, the art historian is too theoretical, etc. This also played a role at a workshop at the Cultural Heritage Agency of the Netherlands. We had the participants write down their irritations, crumple them up and throw them in a lotus flower. Behind each irritation there is a wish which can blossom so that the irritations are no longer a problem. An icebreaker for organizations which want to improve cooperation.Performed Cultural Heritage Agency of the Netherlands 2011 and 2013 Suitable for organizations with different disciplines Concept and design Ida van der Lee in cooperation with Saar Frieling.
